The Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (ABIM) would like to extend its warmest congratulations to The Honourable Senator Dr. Jufitri Joha on his appointment as a Member of the Senate for the term beginning in 2025 until 2028. He was officially sworn in this morning, 25 August 2025, after being elected to represent Negeri Sembilan in the Senate, Parliament of Malaysia.
He has been active in youth activities both at the grassroots level and internationally. Dr. Jufitri Joha’s efforts were recognised when he was named the National Youth Icon as well as the ASEAN Youth Icon in 2014. He previously served as Vice President of ABIM (2011–2015; 2017–2018) and as President of the Malaysian Youth Council (MBM) from 2018 to 2022.
